Matt Shekari earned his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Yazd University in 2007. Even before graduation, his entrepreneurial drive was evident when he launched his first company—FEO, a telecommunications services firm based in Tehran—in 2004. In 2007, Matt joined NDT, a leading telecom infrastructure company, quickly rising into leadership roles responsible for managing multi-million dollar cellular network rollout projects. His meticulous focus on quality assurance, budget discipline, and on-time delivery played a vital role in expanding NDT’s footprint across regional markets.

Building on this foundation, Matt founded EHP in 2012, a full-service civil and telecom infrastructure firm specializing in design, build, and network optimization. Under his strategic leadership, EHP secured contracts with global industry giants including Ericsson, Huawei, MTN, and AsiaCell. The company successfully managed complex, cross-border projects spanning Iraq, Armenia, and the UAE, earning a reputation for reliability and logistical excellence.

Entrepreneurial Leadership in Texas – TOPTEL & TOPTELECOM
After relocating to Dallas in 2014, Matt founded TOPTEL (construction) and TOPTELECOM (communications infrastructure), serving as CEO and Project Manager. Leveraging his engineering background and construction management certificate, he built high-performing teams and scaled both firms to deliver major commercial, residential, and civil cellular antenna projects. Real Estate Investment & Property Management – Lakeshore Asset
In 2025, Matt expanded his entrepreneurial portfolio by launching Lakeshore Asset, a rapidly growing real estate investment and property management firm focused on strategic acquisitions, capital planning, and full-cycle asset operations. Within the first six months, the company added 8 commercial and 21 residential doors to its portfolio.

Backed by his MBA in Financial Management—with an Asset Management thesis completed in August 2025—Matt applies rigorous financial analysis and portfolio optimization strategies across residential and commercial holdings. As a licensed Realtor, he oversees:

Side Venture – Snowy Fun
In 2020, Matt founded Snowy Fun, a snow-themed children’s party and event venue designed to deliver memorable, family-centered seasonal experiences. Following strong local success, he is now preparing for a national franchise rollout to expand this immersive winter entertainment concept across communities throughout the United States.
